Reports are provided for issuance of city code warrants on Thursdays only. There is no fee for this service. Citizens interested in obtaining a city code warrant must call the Pontiac City Attorney on Wednesdays to make an appointment for the following Thursday.

The City Attorney will review the request and determine if a city code warrant may be issued. If so, a copy of the warrant will be mailed to the respondent, who will then be required to make a court appearance as instructed in the warrant.
