Detective Section

• On September 6, 2005, Jeffery Aaron was convicted of home invasion, attempt murder and attempt criminal sexual assault first degree.  Aaron was sentenced to 60 - 90 years on each charge.  Detectives Kendrick and Serna are the lead detectives in charge of this investigation. 

Narcotics Enforcement Section

• On October 7, 2005, the Narcotics Enforcement unit along with members of the Detective Section conducted a prostitution sting in the City of Pontiac.  The sting was very successful.  We arrested 1 prostitute for soliciting and 10 men for soliciting a prostitute.  These men received appearance tickets and had their vehicles impounded.  The Narcotics Enforcement section has conducted over 100 raids in the City of Pontiac so far this year.  They have also had several large scale drug busts in the City taking guns, drugs and drug dealers off the street.
